bk95 Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before You Play

1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", or "you") and bk95 ("we", "us", or "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the bk95 website, mobile interface, games, betting markets, and all associated services. By accessing bk95, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a wager, you irrevocably confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them.

If you do not accept these Terms, you must immediately cease using the bk95 platform and close any account you hold with us. bk95 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes via the email address associated with their account or via an on-site notification. Your continued use of bk95 after such notification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2Eligibility and Age Verification

Access to bk95 is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following criteria. By registering, you warrant that each of the following is true and accurate at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are registering and playing on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You do not already hold another account with bk95 (only one account per individual is permitted).
• You are not prohibited from gambling by any applicable law, court order, or self-exclusion arrangement.
• The funds you use on bk95 are from legitimate sources and are not the proceeds of any illegal activity.

bk95 may at any time request documentary evidence to verify your age, identity, or source of funds. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified in our request may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

3Account Registration and Security

To access bk95's paid services, you must create a single registered account. Registration requires a valid Bangladeshi mobile number to which a one-time password (OTP) will be sent for verification. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information at the time of registration, and you are obligated to update this information promptly if it changes.

You are solely responsible for the security of your account credentials. bk95 strongly recommends that you:

• Choose a unique password not used on any other platform and change it regularly.
• Never share your password, OTP, or any login credentials with any other person.
• Log out after each session, particularly on shared or public devices.
• Notify bk95 customer support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

bk95 will not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials. Any activity conducted through your account while your credentials remain uncompromised will be treated as having been authorised by you, regardless of who actually performed that activity.

4Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Processing

All financial transactions on bk95 — including deposits, withdrawals, bonus conversions, and adjustments — are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum on deposits, though individual payment providers may impose their own transaction limits.

bk95 supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals:

• bKash — Bangladesh's leading mobile financial service.
• Nagad — operated by Bangladesh Post Office.
• Rocket — Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile banking.
• Upay — operated by United Commercial Bank.

Withdrawal requests are processed within 5 to 60 minutes under normal operating conditions, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Processing times may be extended during periods of unusually high demand, scheduled maintenance, or when additional verification is required under our KYC obligations. bk95 will communicate any delays to affected users via email or on-site notification.

Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method and account used for the corresponding deposit, unless an exception has been specifically approved by the bk95 compliance team. This policy is in place to prevent money laundering and protect our users. bk95 reserves the right to request documentary evidence confirming ownership of the payment method before processing any withdrawal.

5Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

bk95 may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, promotional credits, cashback offers, and other incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions associated with each offer, which are published at the time the offer is made available. In the event of any conflict between a specific bonus's terms and these General Terms, the specific bonus terms take precedence.

The following general principles apply to all bk95 bonus offers unless expressly stated otherwise in a specific offer's terms:

• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement (rollover) that must be met before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The rollover multiplier is stated in the specific offer.
• Bonuses must be claimed within the validity period stated in the offer. Unclaimed or expired bonuses will be automatically forfeited.
• bk95 reserves the right to cancel any bonus or promotion if we detect evidence of abuse, including but not limited to multiple accounts, coordinated wagering patterns, or misuse of bonus funds.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.

Seasonal and event-based promotions — including those tied to BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh — are subject to the specific terms published for each promotion. bk95 may withdraw or modify any ongoing promotion at its sole discretion with reasonable notice where practicable.

6Responsible Gaming

bk95 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and the well-being of our players. We recognise that for some individuals, gambling can become problematic, and we take that responsibility seriously. bk95 is strictly for players aged 21 and above. We do not permit minors to register or play under any circumstances.

bk95 provides the following responsible gaming tools, which any registered player may activate from their account settings at any time:

• Deposit Limits — set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on how much you can deposit.
• Session Time Reminders — receive a notification after a set period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period — temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks).
• Self-Exclusion — permanently close your account. Once active, self-exclusion cannot be reversed for a minimum of 6 months.

7Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bk95. A breach of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of all pending bets and withdrawals, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where required by law:

• Registering more than one account (duplicate accounts will be merged and any bonus winnings forfeited).
• Using automated bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to play games or place bets.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors on the platform to generate winnings.
• Using bk95 to launder money or process proceeds of any illegal activity.
• Allowing a third party to access or operate your bk95 account on your behalf.

bk95 employs automated systems and human review teams to monitor account activity for signs of prohibited behaviour. Players found to be in breach of these prohibitions will have their accounts permanently closed and any funds held may be subject to forfeiture pending investigation.

8Intellectual Property

All content on the bk95 platform — including but not limited to software, source code, game assets, graphics, logos, text, audio, video, and the bk95 brand name — is the exclusive property of bk95 or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the bk95 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes, subject to your compliance with these Terms.

You must not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, publish, sell, license, or create derivative works from any bk95 content without our prior written consent. Unauthorised use of bk95 intellectual property constitutes a breach of these Terms and may give rise to civil or criminal liability.

9Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bk95 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or system failure, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory, even if bk95 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

bk95 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical failures, or third-party service outages may temporarily affect access. In such cases, bk95's sole obligation is to restore service within a reasonable time. bk95 is not liable for losses of any kind suffered by a player as a result of platform downtime, delayed bet settlement, or technical malfunctions beyond our reasonable control.

10Account Suspension and Termination

bk95 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Suspicious activity suggesting fraud, money laundering, or abuse of promotional offers.
• A request from a regulatory authority, law enforcement body, or payment provider to suspend the account.

Upon termination for cause, any balance remaining in your account may be withheld pending investigation. If no breach is found following a completed investigation, any withheld funds will be returned to your registered payment method. You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting bk95 support. Voluntary closure will be processed within 5 business days, and any remaining real-money balance (not bonus funds) will be returned to your registered payment method.

11Privacy and Data Protection

bk95 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions. By agreeing to these Terms, you also consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. We use SSL encryption across all pages and transactions to protect your data in transit. We do not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. 12Amendments to These Terms

bk95 may amend these Terms at any time. Where an amendment is material — for example, a change to withdrawal processing times, eligibility criteria, or bonus wagering requirements — we will provide at least 7 days' notice to registered users via email or on-site notification before the change takes effect. Non-material amendments (such as corrections of typographical errors or clarifications that do not alter the substance of any provision) may take effect immediately.

The current version of these Terms is always available on this page. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the most recent amendment was made. Your continued use of bk95 after any amendment takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

13Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. If you have a complaint or dispute relating to your bk95 account, please contact our customer support team at [email protected] in the first instance. We will endeavour to resolve all complaints within 10 business days of receipt. If a complaint cannot be resolved through our internal process, bk95 will communicate the escalation options available to the affected player.
